KUSH Sake Bar has arrived in Silverlandia– A new sake sampler and yakitori bar in the former Cortez Restaurant space near Sunset Blvd and Allison ave. Ji Taek Lim who is the owner of Silverlake Ramen is connected with Kush Sake Bar. We have no details about the menu we only know sake and yakitori are now being served.

What is yakitory you ask? a Japanese type of skewered meat. Yakitori is made with several bite-sized pieces of chicken meat, or chicken offal, mounted on a bamboo skewer and grilled, usually over Binchōtan charcoal.
